The best place to view our updated offerings list is on our coffees page. Please reach out with any questions - we’d love to better understand your green bean usage and talk about how we can best work together.

If you’d like a price list, please contact us at green@kapehutz.com. Our prices do not fluctuate with the C Market and typically do not change during the harvest season, unless it is to reduce price as new coffees arrive from that origin.

We provide 200 gram green samples of our coffees. You can request samples here. In return, we expect you to share your thoughts on your cupping and if the coffee fits your needs!

Invoices can be paid by ACH, check, cash, or card (this will be done via Square invoice and will include a 3.5-4% fee). For per lb orders, we can also accept CashApp and Venmo.

In addition to selling by full sack and pallet, we also sell most coffees by the pound, with a 10lb minimum. To inquire about per pound offerings, please email us at green@kapehutz.com, as availability changes regularly. Per pound offerings can be shipped or picked up at our office in Kansas City.

If you want to secure coffee for the remainder of the harvest year but don’t have the cash to pay for it all up front, ask us about contracting! We can often provide payment terms to help keep your offerings consistent.

We work with a trusted freight broker to make sure that shipments arrive to your site safely, quickly, and at reasonable rates. For folks who want to haul coffee themselves, we also offer pickup at our partner warehouse in Kansas City.
